This is a stupid concept. But to answer the other person here: not in recent history were orders given from the white house to deliberately target people from the other party the way Bush did in requiring his U.S attorneys to go after Democrats. This was dirty tricks even beyond what Richard Nixon came up with

To compare people who took bribes to people who serve at the pleasure of the President of the US is one of the most convoluted arguments I've ever heard. How about when a federal prosecutor in Philadelphia was investigating corruption (just like Christe) of a Democrat and Jimmy Carter fired him? In that case he was pursuing criminality in the case of Gonzalez it was a political matter. Politics is not a crime, corruption is.
